This belief gave birth to ToolBOX, our flagship leadership and capacity-building initiative. Inspired by the idea that every builder needs the right tools, ToolBOX equips young people with leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, digital and emerging technology skills, collaboration, and the confidence to solve real-world challenges. Rather than preparing participants simply to seek opportunities, the programme empowers them to create opportunities, inspire others, and drive meaningful social and economic impact.
